All prices are in INR and may change without notice. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

MoonProduct offers subscription-based products and services. Subscriptions provide access to our evolving features and updates. While we welcome client feedback and input on desired features, the final decision on what features or improvements are developed each month rests solely with MoonProduct.

Subscriptions provide access to the platform and its ongoing improvements — not a guarantee that any specific features or changes will be developed within a given month. While we actively consider and value client feedback, we balance it with technical feasibility, product direction, and user impact. We aim to deliver high‑value updates regularly but retain full discretion on roadmap priorities and timelines.

All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account or by contacting us.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Refunds and returns follow our published policy:

Summary:

Refunds are eligible within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, no refunds or exchanges are offered.
Physical products must be unused and in original packaging.
Perishable, sanitary, or hazardous goods cannot be returned.
Customers bear return shipping costs.
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, tools, and know-how remain with MoonProduct. Clients do not own the deliverables unless explicitly stated. Clients may not use MoonProduct’s materials to build competing products or train models without written consent.

We may list client names/logos as references only with prior consent.

10. Liability and Warranty

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Liability Cap: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 1 month preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services for violations, security risks, or non-payment. You may stop using our services at any time.
Your data can be exported for up to 30 days after termination, unless restricted by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Bengaluru, Karnataka as the seat and venue. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, cyberattacks, etc.).
