MoonProduct – Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

We want every MoonProduct customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges fairly and transparently.

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery (for any physical component). After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 15 days of purchase or delivery.

  • The product or service must meet the conditions defined below.

Items or Services Not Eligible for Refund or Return

  • Completed service work or deliverables already provided as part of a subscription cycle.

  • Digital software, features, or updates that have already been accessed, downloaded, or deployed.

  • Subscription fees for ongoing services after a billing cycle has begun.

  • Customized configurations or implementations built specifically for your account.

  • Consulting or setup fees that have already been delivered.

These exclusions reflect that our services and digital offerings are tailored, time-bound, and non-recoverable once delivered.


3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be offered if:

  • The service was interrupted or unavailable due to a technical fault on our side.

  • You cancel before significant work or resource allocation has begun.


4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Funds are typically credited within 5–7 business days of approval.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

  1. Check with your payment provider or bank.

  2. Allow for standard processing delays.

5. Subscription-Based Services

For subscription plans, refunds apply only if:

  • You cancel within 15 days of the initial purchase and before any significant service delivery or feature access.

  • You experience a verified technical issue that prevents use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Ongoing subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.


6. Exchanges

If you experience issues due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect configuration or deployment), we will work promptly to correct it or offer an equivalent solution.
